Limited edition print from a copper etching with aquatint. Artist is working skipper and gig rower Debbie Purser. One of 10 prints in Black or Prussian Blue ink on thick Fabiano art paper. Every print is unique as it comes off the press, depending on how the ink is applied to the plate.
Roseland Gig Club members in St Mawes meet in an old building on the sea front. When the weather is grim we sneak inside this characterful building that was bequeathed to the club by artist Brenda Pye. Brenda created some beautiful etchings too, so perhaps she will be happy to know her gig shed featured in Debbies artwork.
